Details

This bug tracks work to be done on top of the Downloads Panel in bug 726444.

* Port the optimizations related to setting attributes on the progress bars and
  dispatching the ValueChange event, from bug 397424.
* QueryInterface(Ci.nsIDownload) is not necessary after getNext() anymore.
* Port the most relevant browser-chrome regression tests.
