Filing this bug to build a simple landing page we can use to promote apps at MWC. Content should be pretty minimal.

Jane or Winston, can you explain the email functionality needed here? That's the only extra wrinkle that I can see.

Needs to be live by 2/23.

Just need to get it hooked up with our basket service. 

Lofo - would you be the one to assign web dev resources?  We're finalizing integration with Exact Target.  It would probably make sense to use them rather than Responsys - as long as we're up and running by the 23.  That shouldn't be a problem. James Long is the one managing the integration.
