Steps to reproduce:

firefox.exe has normal priority when ungrabbed, it should have idle priority when ungrabbed.

Please provide a priority.ungrabbed = "idle" setting.

I guess, you're saying set the process priority to idle when unforce for firefox window? I don't understand why you would to do this, it does not make sense.

You may need a process management software to do this, or solve your Firefox problem. I suggest you see the https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-uses-too-many-cpu-resources-how-fix.
