I can handle standard requests.

Damiano: we'll need evidence that you are a researcher at a recognised academic institution. You've created your Bugzilla account with a Gmail address, so that doesn't help :-| Can you point us to a departmental web page on which you are listed, and give the academic email address of your supervisor so I can check with them?

After that, you'll need to print, sign, scan and attach a copy of the text in the next comment.

Hi Gerv,

this is the url of the web page of my University Web site on which I'm listed (sorry, it is in Italian):
http://www.unitelma.it/content/dott-damiano-distante
I work there as Assistant Professor in Computer Science.

I registered to the Mozilla BTS using my gmail email address for privacy concerns, but my institutional email address is: damiano.distante@unitelma.it

Let me know if you need o contact a supervisor of mines, in this case I'll send you the email address of the Faculty Dean or of the Rector.

Damiano
OK, I have verified that the owner of damiano.distante@unitelma.it is the guy who filed this bug :-) Now all we need is the agreement in comment #3.

What do you plan to use the data for?

Gerv
Hi Gerv,
we mean to apply information retrieval and text mining techniques in order to possibly define methods and tools to support project leaders and software developers of the Mozilla open-source community during the bug triaging and assignment phases of the bugs life cycle.
I'm sending you a signed copy of the agreement in Comment #3 via email.
Thanks for your support,
Damiano
This all seems in order :-) justdave/dkl/glob: who can handle getting Damiano a data dump?

neither dkl or i have access to the database, so it will have to be someone in IT.
Over to server-ops: please supply a copy of the sanitized nightly Bugzilla database dump to Damiano (contactable via this bug).

Our automatic sanitizer cron job appears to be busted again (the way the script works got changed upstream, and we apparently didn't fix the cron job to deal with the New Way since the last Bugzilla upgrade).

I've got one running by hand right now.

Just FYI it's still going... there's multiple steps to it and each step takes several hours to run, and since it's going manually, we're losing a few hours between steps since I don't know exactly when it'll finish and have to go back and look every so often. Also took a while just to get it running because the code was out-of-date on that box.
Thanks a lor for your work Dave. I really appreciate.
Dump has completed, see your email for access instructions.
