Remove these: https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/blob/master/mkt/urls.py#L24

And make sure the tests pass and that you can't access the old devhub URLs (e.g., /developers/apps/, /developers/app/submit/2, etc.).

We should kill the old submission URLs. Reopening

Old submissions URLs are officially eradicated. Along with the views they pointed to. And tests were updated to test the real submission urls/views.
