Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/
2.Select My Submissions link (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions)
3.Open any owned app and click the Edit button in order to change Basic Information
4.In the Summary field, enter more than 250 characters and click Save Changes button. Please observe the warning message saying that the characters limitation was reached.
5.Click on the warning text displayed at step 4.

Expected results:
Nothing should happen when after clicking on the warning text.

Actual results:
"Localize for" action is detected and a new window pop up after clicking on the warning text.
