In step 4 of submission, we ask users to specify if their PayPal account is a "Business" account. See https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/payments/paypal/linerage-2 We should tell our users what Business accounts are by linking to some useful FAQ on PayPal.
