Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2
Build ID: 20120215223356

Steps to reproduce:

I use Spaces (2x2 matrix). It has the option of assigning a specific application to a specific space. I assigned Thunderbird to space 4 and Firefox to space 3.

Actual results:

Since the upgrade to version 10, starting Thunderbird will initially cause a switch to space 4, but as soon as the "Mail & Newsgroups" windows appears it will change to space 3 (It will change to whatever space I set the Firefox application to).

Even if I move the "Mail & Newsgroups" window to space 4, close it (using x) and reopen it. It will change back to space 3.

So somehow Spaces is getting confused and thinks the "Mail & Newsgroups" window is a Firefox window and not a Thunderbird window.

Expected results:

When opening the "Mail & Newsgroups" window it should change to the space assigned to Thunderbird, not the space assigned to Firefox.
does it continues to appear if you delete the localstore.rdf file in your profile ?
