Seen on today's win 0322 trunk

1 Launch composer
2 type some text, click on the ANCHOR button in composition toolbar
3 Enter a anchor name and click on the 'Advanced Edit' button
4 HTML Attributes tabbed pane appears by default (closelt packed 
  attributes/values seen  here is another bug already filed)
5 Now click with mouse on the value already present or add a new attribute/value 
  pair and click on the 'Remove Attribute' button
6 The name/value disappears but now pressing OK does not exit the dialog.

You have to press CANCEL to get out of the dialog.In other words, the 
attribute/value pair do get deleted permanently..and are visible when you 
revisit the dialog.
