So you're removing Google, ha?
I don't want to blow against the wind, but this looks rather inadequate to me, considering that Google is world's most popular search provider.

Furthermore, even though Bing has a localized Lithuanian interface, for some reason it does NOT turn it on automatically, instead, the user gets to click a link in the page header if she wants to have Bing interface localized.

Until at least the latter is addressed, I'm reluctant to R+ this patch. If Mozilla has contacts in the Bing team, it would be best if you could convince them to actually enable localized interfaces by default, based on the accept-language header instead of requiring the user to make additional explicit opt-in to use this feature.
Mark, do you have any news?

Getting the review request off my radar and taking the bug. If bug 604979 will ever be fixed, I'll review and perhaps commit the patch then.
Actually, I don't think I'll be removing Google anytime soon. Bug 604979 has been dormant for years now, even though the fix should be pretty easy for Microsoft to implement. On top of that, I don't think removing Google would benefit the users, since it's the most popular search engine in Lithuania.
