FF should have a feature to browse without need of a mouse. It happens that, users frequently use the keyboard with both hands; typing is comfortable, but it's cumbersome to move you arm towards the mouse frequently; in fact this's the no. 1 source of discomfort. If only we could navigate using the keyboard only.... But there is a source of innovation -- Konqueror. This feature is perfectly implemented in this browser; in most cases, you don't have to touch the mouse.
And yes -- I know the addons, but none of them is up to the mark.
No, that appears to be a lot different. You should try Konqueror

That bug applies to text of the page. Here I'm including the whole UI including the GTK part with all it's menus. Here i'm talking about labelling of each clickable element in the page and each button on the GTK UI so they can be clicked upon using the keyboard. That bug does not talk about any labels.
