At launch time, doubles!! the "pinned As App Tabs"!!

Steps to reproduce:

Setup only pinned 2 App tabs . No "normal" tabs. 
then,
in Options->General->Startup, 
defines theses 2 pinned App Tabs as Homepage by 
clicking on "Use Current Pages"

Then, Exiting FF


Actual results:

At relaunch, still have the 2 pinned App Tabs
+ +
2 normal Tabs, with the same URLs as the 2 pinned App Tabs

[Can reproduce this bug at will]
Option "Tabs on Top" is active
