Details

The Background image (blue part) is supposed to be approx 140 pixels wide.  However it is only a small sidebar in Mozilla(maybe 20 pixels).

I downloaded the image and it seems okay.  Looks fine in communicator and ie.

This page looks fine in the June 30th Build (1999063008), Works for me.

Fixed some background images bugs in m8.  Looks good now.
