Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2

Steps to reproduce:

1) I opened an image in a separate tab.
2) Then I selected by double-click the url and (by mistake) pressed ctrl+v. There had been copied some text to my clipboard before.
3) Then I pressed ctrl+z and correct url appears in the Location Bar.

Actual results:

Then I copied text from the Location Bar, But this text did not started from the http://

Expected results:

URL have to be copied with the http:// prefix.
Component: Untriaged → Location Bar
Can you provide the URL which exhibits this behaviour?
This work for any http URL.
E.g. http://translate.google.com
QA Contact: untriaged → location.bar
this is probably a dupe of some old bugs about trimURL.
reporter, is this still reproducible on current version?
