Soup build from March 7th, 2012 from people.mozilla.com/~dclarke/openwebapps/Soup

When the user installs an app multiple times and chooses to "Create Shortcut" multiple times, duplicate shortcuts are made on the device.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Soup on an Android device
2. Launch the Apps Marketplace from Applications
3. Install an app and choose to "Create Shortcut"
4. Install the same app and choose to "Create Shortcut"

Actual Results:
Multiple shortcut icons for the same app are installed

Expected Results:
Only one shortcut icon is created for the app or the user should not be able to install the same app multiple times.
Checking the behavior on an Android phone, it looks like you are usually allowed to have multiple shortcuts for an application. I think multiple installs are allowed as well, but maybe the UX flow could use improvement (if I installed the app, then I get the option to "reinstall"). The same also applies to how multiple shortcuts are generated (the UX flow may be confusing).

Assigning to UX to assess the best approach here.
