73510 - windows default fallback font list should be displayed on preference dialog box

See discussion on bug 72125, we added entry like "font.name.serif.zh-CN.1" in addition 
to "font.name.serif.zh-CN". The digital extension part can be from 1 to 9, but must be 
continuous. Those font are fallback font list in case the default font is inavailable. 
Erik suggest that we should display those font to users.

For the time being, those fallback font list are just alias of the default font. In time 
when additional font are added to this list, we might need to fix this bug.

Assign to ftang. Please reassign to the right person. 
I do not think we need to fix this one in near future, so do not keep it in my plate.

This is a UI issue. We don't want to do anything about it for moz1.0. Reassing 
to ftang and mark it as Future

is this about the "fonts preference" under "appearance" in the preferences bar?
If so then it is available in Mozilla 1.8a3.

what a hack. I have not touch mozilla code for 2 years. I didn't read these bugs
for 2 years. And they are still there. Just close them as won't fix to clean up.
