Unlike image processing, I expect there to be more problems with video processing, especially since we've only got webm videos to start with. "Let's take this quicktime movie and rename it to webm and see if it uploads...". If thats the case when we process it, a user will have it spinning in the devhub for ever.

If there's a problem, let's remove the entry from the preview table and write into the addon activity log.
