Hi,

To generate more interest in the three videos and really let people know the videos are different we'd like to pick a scene from the videos to showcase. The still image for each of the three videos should be a scene from the video. When you click on the video it should start playing from the beginning. (Hopefully this makes sense)

If we want the videos on the front page to play when you click them (I'm assuming you mean the big video and not the small ones), we can't control the still image as vidly chooses it automatically. 

Our current behavior is to have them link to the promo page, and we can control the images in this case. If you provide stills from each of the videos that you want to use (640x360) then we can replace them, although they won't play directly on the page. 

We should probably put play arrows on the images as well to signal to users that they are clickable.
I think what Kristin means is that the placeholder image of the video is actually a scene from the video, not the first frame.

I used the images from the front page mockup for this. The only possible issue is that the play arrows don't match those used by the video players. If this is an issue, let me know and we can try to match the arrow better.
