STR:
1) Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~jwein/bugs/dataUri.txt (~9MB)
2) Copy the data URI and paste it as the address of a new tab in Firefox
3) Open another tab and type a couple characters slowly (half second between characters)

Expected results:
Switch-to-tab lookup shouldn't match against data URIs.

Actual results:
Switch-to-tab lookup hangs the browser due to the enormous string it is trying to parse.
may be related to Bug722323
is the problem switch to tab or inline? since it's not really clear. did you try to disable one of the two to figure out that?

I hit this bug before inline autocomplete was enabled by default.
