Steps to reproduce:

I have just installed the latest windows 7 updates.  


Actual results:

When I rebooted and opened Firefox the icons for both the bookmark sidebar and toolbar are missing.  There are boxes outlined but no icons. I rebooted to check, but problem is still evident.


Expected results:

Previous to this occurrence, icons appear in both locations.
