Let's take the browse page from functional to fabulous! Let's bring in the style from http://clarkbw.net/tmp/bootstrap2/apps/details.html and http://clarkbw.net/tmp/bootstrap2/apps/category.html and add it to mkt/details.  We know we'll need the sandstone stuff at some point so putting the header/footer/general feel from https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/login would get us closer to where we need to be.

Work with Potch on these design bugs.
