Hi all, Please let me know if this is the right place to file this bug. I've been working with the event vendor in Buenos Aires, and the following two issues have arisen this week (with regards to design/branding): 1. He is looking to secure school buses (which in Argentina are bright orange) to transport event attendees around Buenos Aires to the different venues. Is there anyway we can create branding for the side of the school buses for the event (or does something like this already exist?) Our event vendor could produce anything that was created onto a banner to be hung on the bus. Of the top of my mind I was thinking of doing something like the 'Firefox Express,' if possible? 2. The rooms at MozCamp are pretty far separated - is there an existing design for a Firefox 'paw' print that our event vendor could make into a sticker (with the intention that the paw prints would lead people to the different rooms?) Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Kate

Hi there If you can give us the exact specs for the bus banner, and content direction (what you'd like it to say / show) we can have someone help whip that up. I'm cc-ing Rhonda who can hopefully help here. regarding the paw prints, I believe Mary had coordinated that for the FF4 launch. Mary do you know where we got those paw prints? (the ones in the MV office) Also, timing/deadline for delivering these would be great as well . thanks.

Tara, Thanks so much for your help. I have contacted the event vendor to get the specs and will speak with the Planning Committee tomorrow about content direction and get that to you by EOD tomorrow. After I get these items to you - would it be plausible to do within 7 days (let me know if this is not possible - it's realistically just the sooner the better). Thanks! Kate

Thanks Rhonda, If possible, here is what the Planning Committee would like to see on the banner: Proposal * http://www.mozilla.org/img/covehead/firefox/brand-toolkit/download/logo-wordmark-vertical-preview.png * Internet, de todos para todos *mozilla.org/firefox I am still waiting on the specs from the event vendor but will put them here as soon as I know. Thanks!

Hi all, Sorry for the delay - here are the banner dimensions: (approximately) of 5 mts long per 1 mts height. Thanks, Kate

Hi Kate-- Are you indicating that "mts" = millimeters? If so that seems really small! If not let me know what unit of measurement "mts" is indicating. :) --rhonda

Hi Rhonda, Sorry for the confusion - it means 'meters'. Thanks, Kate

Hey Kate-- I created a small scale proof for you to see of the banner, attached. This is a design style and campaign that they have been using for alot of their banners recently. Let me know what you think. Thanks-- rhonda

Hi Rhonda, Our vendor was hoping to be able to obtain this design in illustrator? Please let me know. Thanks, Kate

Hey Kate-- That banner was created in Illustrator and saved as a PDF. All the vendor has to do is open it in Illustrator if that is what they prefer. :) --rhonda
