This patch just stops the bleeding and lets us build. It's another patch from an anonymous silicon vendor contributor. It looks like some significant changes will be required to support the new ICS camera api.

Comment on attachment 607320 [details] [diff] [review] Make camera code build on gonk-ics Same comment here about compat header. We can add the new path to the include search list unconditionally, I believe. (mvines's patch was a hack and slash, as he said.)
