We need to have a place for b2g logs to upload to.  Please create the directories needed for 

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g
http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g

They should be owned by ffxbld.  The failure that I am getting right now is

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/ftp/pub/b2g'

when uploading logs.  We made the following change to our staging stage server to make this happen.  I'm not sure what is required for production stage.

Marking as critical because we aren't getting any logs uploaded while they are unable to upload logs.

bumping priority because this prevents logs from being uploaded or viewed.  This is tied to bug 738891, which when landed will cause this to become visible to developers.

chown ffxbld:firefox /home/ftp/pub/mozilla.org/b2g
chmod 755 /home/ftp/pub/mozilla.org/b2g
