Details

Steps to reproduce:
 1) acquire noise-canceling microphone
 2) enable voice recognition in Windows 7 in control panel under ease of access
 3) launch Firefox
 4) say "show numbers" 

Actual results:
The number for the first tab in the tab bar is obscured by the numbers for the menus in the phantom menu bar that is still there even when the Firefox button is enabled. 

Expected results:
Expected the phantom menu bar not to participate when saying "show numbers"
The workaround is, of course, to enable the old-style menubar.
