For the basic summary and description entry fields this will be much more friendly to use. We could easily convert the entries we already have to markdown, and provide previews and syntax help.

Note if we use a library it must pass infrasec and work with jingo.

Resolving for now based on David's email comment from 4/18 "let's wait and see what our users say.  If they complain, and/or they make lots of html errors, then we can switch to markdown."

If we decide to work on we can create a new bug.
