I noticed that many times, if I load a URL and then go to the Toolbar customization menu and make a change, the URL loading process will either grind to a halt or be slowed down a great deal. At times, the toolbar in question may or may not appear/disappear as well...but the URL almost always stops loading, or at the very least gets delayed by a few seconds (like it comes back to life almost). This may or may not be limited to the toolbar area...I haven't noticed it elsewhere however. OS 9.1, AGP G4

Please tell me what you mean by the "Toolbar customization menu"
Sure...if you look under the View Menu, there are options to hide or show the different types of toolbars which come with Mozilla. Those are the functions I was referring to. Am downloading latest build to verify this (and a couple other bugs I posted). Will report back.
Using build 2001040309, this behavior seems to have abated quite a bit. Possible that other processes were occupying my system at the time (CD player, other application, etc.)...for this build anyway, I would conceed this no longer seems to be a problem.
