742249 - Strings change language every time I reload page

I've changed my license type to Other and specified Mozilla Public License, version 2.0 as my license's name and entered some text in the descruption. Now every time I go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/forward/ownership the texts "What is your license's name?" and "Provide the text of your license." show up in a different language. The rest of the page displays in English and it also says Localize for: English (en-US) on top of the page.

I also notice that when I display the amo developers page in another language (e.g. https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/developers/addon/forward/ownership) my license still shows as other, but the strings I've filled in under "What is your license's name?" and "Provide the text of your license." are empty. This might be another bug though...

License problems aside (those are real problems and we have bugs on file for them) the language stuff is fixed I think.  I haven't seen problems in that area for a while.  I'm going to cautiously call this fixed.
