Editing long description in Stage/in Chrome causes error page

After editing the long project description, i hit save and got the error page. then i hit the back button and my changes were still there in the long description. https://mozillalabs.allizom.org/en-US/webfwd/edit/

Confirmed this also happens on dev, using that specific text. I'm uploading a new attachment as the RTF if opened in a text editor has some funky characters.

Verified able to post that text, and even longer text in dev without error on Chrome.
