tamarin-hook.py has been updated to reflect de-securitized bugs (as documented on Bug 744427):

Please deploy the new file to hg.mozilla.com/tamarin-redux

ping.  Can someone address this ticket and deploy the new version of the file?

The presence of the old hook is blocking us from pushing our changes.
[root@hgssh1.dmz.scl3 mozhghooks]# cp /repo/hg/mozilla/hgcustom/hghooks/tamarin-hook.py .
