I encounter a problem when I test Bug 646053.
Buggy Rendering of CSS Borders (gray shade on transparent borders)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable HWA and set gfx.content.azure.enabled = true and Restart Browser.
2. Open attachment 523003 [details] and attachment 601526 [details] 

Actual Results:  
  A thin gray border surrounding the normal coloured border

Expected Results:  
  There should be no gray border at all.
