Details

STR:
1. visit a site that brings up the popup blocker bar UI
2. close the UI
3. attempt to interact with the previously-focused page element with the keyboard

Expected:
Keyboard focus should be returned to content

Actual:
Focus is still stuck in the hidden chrome.
Severity: normal → S3
