Details
The goal of this task is to provide: 1. a copy of the m-* family of repositories on social coding sites 2. a set of instructions on how to land commits from these sites to hg.m.o 3. any tools needed in support of #1 (server side) #2 (client side) Specifically not goals are: a) change anything about how Repository of Record is managed, b) allow commits from any social coding site c) larger questions about contents of developer repositories, d) larger questions about changing the commit workflow The high level reasoning for this task choice is given in the blog entry at: <http://blog.mozilla.org/halfire/2012/03/02/dvcs-survey-summary/>

This work is effectively complete due to work on bug 847727. Those repos are mirrored to github. Interest has waned in supporting bitbucket. (Code exists in legacy but is currently not configured on, or implemented in modern.)
