The current implementation of AITC only stores the URL of the manifest. We should also store the name and icon on the server, not doing so might result in security issues (and other surprises!). If the developer changes either of these values in their manifest, the client must inform the use of the change(and possibly require user action?).

For the sake of speed, the first implementation might only store the name (possibly localized) in addition to the manifest URI. Icons are trickier because of their size and can be tackled at a later stage.

We fixed adding the name as mandatory in bug 750566. Rewording to track icon only.
