746623 - Create tbirdbld user on aus3-staging, modify groups/file permissions

Here is what I need to allow Thunderbird builds to upload to aus3-staging:

1) Create user tbirdbld on aus3-staging.mozilla.org

2) Set ownership to tbirdbld (recursive) on:

/opt/aus2/incoming/3/Thunderbird

3) Create and set ownership to tbirdbld:

/opt/aus2/incoming/2/Thunderbird

4) tbirdbld needs to be able to write in:

/opt/aus2/snippets/staging

So I think we need to add tbirdbld to the 'users' group, and allow 'users' to write to /opt/aus2/snippets/staging
(or create a new group that has write access).

Was this pretty much a no-op ? I think I did all of this by the end of the 18th.

Oh, that was you then :) Yes, it was pretty much a no-op, I redid the permissions 'cos I didn't know how long those were around.. Thanks!
