The text is in the middle of page where it says "Same-sex couples ..."
It may be a zoom / font size issue.  The text on your Firefox screenshot is bigger.

You may try decreasing the default font size, or changing zoom level (probably that of text-only zoom).  The extension NoSquint provides UI to set default zoom levels for both zoom modes separately: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/nosquint/

It seems that the page layout is different now, so this particular issue is not there any more.
