When the user expands the main menu, they are not able to close it without making a selection. The user is also not able to interact with the webpage anymore.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly
2. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/
3. Expand the main menu dropdown (top right button next to the search bar)

Actual Results:
The user is not able to close the menu without making a selection. They are also not able to interact with the webpage anymore without making a selection in the menu.

Expected Results:
The user should be able to close the main menu button by clicking on the button again. The user should be able to interact with the webpage even after opening the main menu (perhaps if they click anywhere on the webpage, the menu should close automatically).

You can now click outside of the modal/popup or press escape to dismiss.

Tested and works as expected. The user is now able to click on the button again to close the menu or click anywhere on the webpage and the menu will close automatically.
