Entering invalid keywords should warn *before* submitting the bug. The browser is already given a list of keywords for autocompletion, so this should be possible.
> There is no keyword named '[sg:want]'. The legal keyword names are listed here.
It's too easy to lose a bug report due to putting something in the keyword field that I intend for the whiteboard field, combined with browsers sucking at form restoration.

I think it's even possible to do this in a standardsy way, with setCustomValidity().
