Steps to reproduce:

Firefox updated itself to version 12 today and now I'm no longer able drag and drop tabs to rearrange them. I click the tab holding the mouse button down and try to move it left or right but nothing happens.

Affects FF 12 on MacOSX as well but not trunk builds.

Same goes for Linux. In this case Arch Linux, Firefox version from official repository.

The bug seems to affect all drag ability.
Eg. Selecting a text and trying to drag it doesn't work either.

Sorry for double posting, but I got an idea after sending previous comment. I disabled all addons and... it started to work. After that I turned them all back on and started to disable one by one to find which one caused the problem. The culprit was:
        Torbutton
        1.4.5.1
        true
        {e0204bd5-9d31-402b-a99d-a6aa8ffebdca}
After disabling it, tab dragging works. I don't know however if this is a problem in bad/outdated/etc code in that addon or in tabs code itself.

@hicks, 
True, also had Torbutton running but didn't expect it to be the origin of the problem. Everything works like a charm by disabling it or starting FF in safe mode. Like you said. Tor has a bug for this: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/5668

Disabling Torbutton worked for me as well.
