Details

So when wikipedia loads, it collapses its section buttons which causes the height to decrease drastically.  If you start panning before it's loaded, as soon as the height is decreased you see a low-res stretched out version of the page which looks very bad.

This happens very frequently for me on almost every long wikipedia page.
