steps to reproduce:
1. Tools->Add-ons
2. In disco pane, click on one of the add-ons under 'Up&Coming'
3. Notice that the same page loads before loading the details page for the add-on
4. In the details page, click "Back"

actual behavior:
On clicking any link in the disco pane, the same page loads once before navigating to the clicked link.

I have tested this issue on Windows 10 x64 with the latest Firefox release (47.0) and the latest Nightly (50.0a1-20160616163918) and its still reproducible.
When clicking on any item under the "Up&Coming" section from add-ons, the same page loads before navigating to the clicked link.
