system is in a boot loop.  It gets a few seconds into the windows loading screen and then reboots.

I'm moving to reimaging

I think the HDD is failing in a hard way.  Reimaging failed.  It might be time to Decomm this.

The staging+preprod patches aren't strictly necessary, but a) lets our slave lists reflect reality and b) helps avoid extra overhead on the masters for slaves that will never connect.
