Details
as of bug 744943, developers can include imageURL (relative or absolute) in their JWT and that image will be resized and stored. This bug calls to adjust the UI to either 1) display the image or 2) display a generic placeholder if no image was specified.

potch, clarkbw, is it simple to shoehorn in an image to the in-app payment window? Do we need a new mock for this? by the way, we are resizing the image to 150px but that can be adjusted to whatever.
