Details

Right now our install button takes the reviewer to the "View Listing" page.  The button should be to install the app.  I'd suggest something like this:

    [  Install  ]

    * View Manifest
    * View Listing
    * Edit App

But if you're doing this bug, use your good judgement.  :)
