You need to have Tap to Play set in your settings for Plugins.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/plugins/flash/
- From there, tap on the flashembed_dynamicvisible2.html link
- Tap on the Android back button

Expected result:
- No plugin doorhanger shown

Actual result:
- Plugin doorhanger shown

Reproduced this on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus
