Details

If I do not have admin rights, I install Firefox to a folder that I have write access to and to obtain the latest Flash plugin, I download and install Google Chrome, which has the latest Flash plugin, named gcswf32.dll. I rename this file npswf32.dll and then copy it to the Mozilla Firefox\plugins folder.

There should be an easier way of doing this.
Firefox isn't responsible for the flash installer and Mozilla isn't allowed to ship a flash plugin from Adobe like Google.
There is no way to make it easier for you from our side.
