Details

We log a bunch of actions in the marketplace (see the parent bug for a link).  The spec has a list of stuff in it though which should be showing up.  This bug is to verify we are logging those actions and if not add them.  This bug might be super quick!

Shunted mkt logs to a seperate table and added in log for purchase, refunds.

There are no logs in accounts, so doing that next.
