During the previous year I've maintained the build slave machines, and during that time I enhanced the scripts.

As of today, all tinderbox slaves maintained by me (which excludes the unmaintained sun/oracle machines) run these enhanced scripts.

As discussed recently in the NSS conference call, we decided that it makes sense to add these enhancements to CVS. I'm filing this bug with a patch for documentation purposes.

Shorten the name of RHEL workstations.

Group HOST/DOMSUF in one place (env/config),
and make it clear that DOMSUF needs to be exported, if set.
