Steps to reproduce:
1. bbc.com
2. Page loads super small text
3. Can't double click to enlarge. I can pinch and zoom, but not double click.

This looks like an evangelism issue.  http://www.bbc.co.uk/mobile/i/ does not serve a <meta name="viewport"> tag to native Fennec, though it does to other mobile browsers.

This was a part of dogofooding from a year ago. If you say it's fixed, I believe you. I am no longer dogfooding, so can't confirm or deny.
