Our Mozmill l10n tests have been shown that there are some access keys which are used multiple times in the same scope. The full list of those keys you can find here:

Can we please get an update on this bug? It would be great if we could get this fixed in the near future. We get failure reports each time a check-in happens for this locale. Attached you can find screenshots of those reported failures. Thanks!

Marking as a wontfix. With the reorganized preferences, duplicated accesskeys are inevitable.
